The Book & Concept Club is run in different parts of the country, on the last Saturday of every month, with a combination of live and online guests. Alumni and Trainees are more than welcome to invite their family and friends to attend.
Please note that a minimum of 10 in-real-life attendees are required at the venue and bookings must be made in advance.

The book discusses key principles that have been used to drive FC Barcelona’s success. They are: Big Picture, Arc of Change, Repetition, Cultural Architects and Authentic Leadership. We will be examining these principles within the workplace and discussing how effectively they could be used to support the building and participating in super teams.
